(Faculty-Staff Only) I Cannot Log into My Computer

If you receive the following error message when you try to log into your computer, "There are currently no login services avaialble to serve the login request," follow these steps:

Solution: Make sure the internet cable is connected properly. Push it into place even if it looks connected.

Does your phone work?

YES—look at the bottom of the phone and push the cable labeled (PC) into the phone

NO—make sure both cables are pressed completely in and the cable labeled (LAN) is connected to the (white port) on the wall.
