(Faculty-Staff Only) I Cannot Print

If you are unable to print, please follow these steps before calling CITS:

- Is your printer installed?

- Did you select the correct printer? Scroll down or over to see more printer options.

- Make sure the printer is on. Check the USB cable on BOTH ends.

- Turn the printer off for 10 seconds and restart it.

- Restart the computer. Try printing again.
