(Faculty-Staff Only) I Need to Install Software

If you are attempting to install software on your computer, but you are prompted to enter a username and password, and your username/password does not work, it is because: as a security measure, all executable downloads and installations have been disabled and are limited to CITS employees unless special permissions are allowed by the department of CITS (a request of the CIO). If you have any issues and need them attended to immediately, please call the CITS department to see if the program or software can be installed remotely.
