Internet Native Banner (INB) Password Reset

To reset INB password:

  1. Go to www.alcorn.edu/banner or banner.alcorn.edu if on campus.
  2. Log into Banner services.
  3. Under MY LINKS, click on "Change Banner password".
  4. Enter old password.
  5. If changing password in the live database, enter PROD11g for Database .
  6. If changing password in the training database, enter ZPROD11g for Database
  7. Enter new password twice as a form of verification.
  8. Click the save button (small disk).

Forgot ID/password?
Contact CITS office at 601-877-6182 and submit a helpdesk ticket.
