Internet Native Banner (INB) Password Reset
To reset INB password:
- Go to www.alcorn.edu/banner or banner.alcorn.edu if on campus.
- Log into Banner services.
- Under MY LINKS, click on "Change Banner password".
- Enter old password.
- If changing password in the live database, enter PROD11g for Database .
- If changing password in the training database, enter ZPROD11g for Database
- Enter new password twice as a form of verification.
- Click the save button (small disk).
