Internet Native Banner (INB) Password Reset

To reset INB password:

  1. Go to or if on campus.
  2. Log into Banner services.
  3. Under MY LINKS, click on "Change Banner password".
  4. Enter old password.
  5. If changing password in the live database, enter PROD11g for Database .
  6. If changing password in the training database, enter ZPROD11g for Database
  7. Enter new password twice as a form of verification.
  8. Click the save button (small disk).
