Enter Secure Area

  • The User ID is the student or employee’s Generated ID or A# which is located on back of the ASU Gold Card.
  • The PIN is your 6-digit date of birth entered as mmddyr. For example: Dec. 12, 1972 would be entered as 121272.
  • Once you have logged into the secure area, you may click on Personal Information to change your security information

Forgot ID or Password/PIN Number

STUDENTS: Contact Registrar's Office at (601) 877-6170, Monday - Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to have ID and/or Pin number reset

FACULTY and STAFF: Contact Office of Human Resources at (601) 877-6188, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to have ID and/or Pin# reset

If you receive an Authorization Failure-Invalid User ID message, students can come by or call the Office of the Registrar at (601) 877-6170 and faculty/staff can contact the Office of Human Resources at (601) 877-6188 for further instructions.

CAUTION: Please keep track of your password and keep it in a secure area. The online services site will not allow more than five unsuccessful login attempts in a 24-hour period. If you attempt to login more than five times, it will assume there has been a security breach and not allow you to log in. Your web access will be disabled until you have notified the appropriate office.
